Depression and Breastfeeding

Depression and anxiety are the most common complications in pregnancy and postpartum.

If you are pregnant or just had your baby, it is normal to feel overwhelmed, sad, anxious or nervous, angry or just not like yourself. These feeling are a very common response to the changes that come with the pregnancy and a new baby.
